Our Farm

Valley Spirit Farm is a two-family farm located in Henry County, Kentucky.

We are dedicated to growing nutritionally dense, chemical free and ecologically responsible food. By empowering our families to steward the earth, we strive to enrich our lives, our community and your dinner table.  

Valley Spirit Farm began in 2015 with the Fiechter and Monroe families’ shared vision of a two family, working farm. Joseph and Abbie Monroe and their children Ruth and Angus, manage a grass finished beef herd and a two acre vegetable garden. Caleb and Kelly Fiechter and their children Judah and Rebekah, manage a pastured/woodland pork herd and grow culinary mushrooms.

Farming the land is our life’s work and it brings us a deepening sense of joy. Our farm is a product of our family, community and neighbors. We are shaped by those around us. Thank you for supporting family-scale, working farms across Kentucky.
